In addition to being able to create online surveys, collect information, and create task checklists, WPS Forms also has a feature called "Form Quick Query," which is the focus of this article.

Organizing and Creating the Master Information Table#
Taking grade inquiry as an example, first organize the information that needs to be displayed, such as student names, total scores for all subjects, and subject-specific scores. Add a column for entering verification information, which can be the parent's mobile phone number, parent's name, or other content used as verification conditions.

Creating an Online Collection Form#
Open WPS Forms in a browser (https://f.kdocs.cn/forms/), click on "New" in the upper left corner ➡️ "Create Blank" ➡️ "Quick Query."

On the quick query creation page, the information can be sourced from local uploads or files in WPS Documents. It is important to note that the document format only supports xls and xlsx.
